Shopping with my girl has always been one of the most enjoyable bonding activities we have together. I'm so thankful that she also appreciates fashion like I do, and shows excitement whenever we choose an outfit or footwear for her.
One weekend, we got the chance to shop for some new sets of clothes courtesy of Pois, Belly and Kids. We went to their SM Megamall branch. PBK is a one-stop shop for expectant moms and young girls that houses three brands:
- Pois - for sophisticated, age-appropriate clothing for tweens and teens
- Belly - for stylish and comfy maternity wear
- Great Kids - for fun and cute little girls' clothes
PBK clothes are made from cool cotton fabric and other top quality materials at reasonable prices. Here are some 'fancy clothes', as my girl calls them, from their latest collection that caught our eye.
She would have wanted that tiered blouse above if it were in rainbow colors! I like to get that classic polka-dot dress with pink sash, and this white eyelet dress below, but the girl has other items in mind.

Aside from girly dresses, frilly tutu skirts and embellished tops, Great Kids also have basic printed cotton shirts, shorts, capris, and leggings that are a staple in my girl's wardrobe.

She chose this tailored, button-down printed dress...she's a size 6.
She wore a fancy ruby ring on her pointer finger to go with the outfit. Don't ask me about her poses (more on that here)...

The mini doll on this one 'spoke' to me, so I got this embellished tank top for her, the last piece in size 12. I planned to match this with the khakis. Since it's long, she wore it to school over leggings instead.

This set is my favorite -- extended-sleeved blouse with patches and beadwork. And look at the knotted fabric strips on the shoulder and sides. Love the cool and quirky details on this blush-colored top!
Her typical school day attire. This ensemble is perfect! Again, the poses are all self-directed.

Shopping was a breeze. Great finds for the girl, thanks to Pois Belly and Kids! Girl happy, mom happy. Mission accomplished. =)
